There are two main factors affecting the mechanism sand grading in the production process of the sand production line. One is the mechanism sand crushing method, and the other is the screening part of the mechanism sand.

At present, the two types of crushing methods with wide application range are impact crushing and impact crushing, among which the mechanism of counter-crushing production has more angularity, better granularity but better sand grading; impact crushing The sand particles in the production mechanism are round and granular, and the grain shape is better, but the gradation has the characteristics of “more ends and less middle”. Combining the characteristics of the two types of crushing methods, the crushing method combining the impact type and the impact crushing can be adopted, so that the grain type and the grading better mechanism sand can be obtained.

Another important factor in the control system sand product grading is the screening step. The shape and size of the screen of the vibrating screen and the inclination of the screen surface are the key parameters affecting the quality of the mechanism sand:

1 If there is a large amount of stone powder particles in the process sand production process, and the grading requirements are high, a square hole sieve is generally used, and rectangular and circular sieve holes are not suitable;

2 In order to achieve a good screening effect and processing capacity of the material, according to the experience of the vibrating screen manufacturer, the inclination angle of the screen surface is generally controlled at about 20°. The sieve size of the vibrating screen directly affects the fineness modulus, gradation and stone powder content of the mechanism sand;

3 The larger the size of the mesh, the larger the fineness modulus of the mechanical sand, and the content of the particles above 2.36 in the grading increases. According to a large number of experimental results, the actual size of the mesh is controlled at 3.5~4. Between 5, the particle grading, stone powder content and fineness modulus of the mechanism sand can meet the production requirements.
