1. Potassium feldspar does not need to be broken

2. Potassium feldspar needs to be broken

If potash feldspar needs to be broken, it is no different from the equipment used in other ores. It is mainly used in crushing equipment, screening equipment, feeding equipment, conveying equipment and more important grinding equipment. Its production process is as follows.

(1). Fragmentation
Potassium feldspar is evenly fed into crushing equipment by vibration feeder for crushing. Crushing equipment generally refers to jaw crusher and impact crusher, both of which can be used for potash feldspar crushing, but the size of the feed is different, jaw crusher can be used for crushing materials larger, has good crushing performance, and relatively stable operation. (2). Screening
Screening equipment generally refers to the circular vibrating screen, which can well screen out the materials that meet the particle size requirements and do not meet the particle size requirements, and send the materials with qualified particle size into the bucket elevator.

(3). Grinding
Material with qualified particle size is fed into the vibrating feeder by the bucket elevator. After that, the material is evenly fed into the grinder for grinding.
