Equipment Composition of Sand Production Line

Sand production line mainly consists of jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, sand making machine, sand washing machine, vibration feeder, belt conveyor and vibration screen. Combining these equipments according to different models can realize different process flow and meet different user needs.

Basic Process Flow of Sand Production Line

Stone is evenly sent to jaw crusher by vibration feeder for rough breaking, and the crushed material is sent to cone crusher or impact crusher for re-breaking. The crushed material is fed into the vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening, and the stone-based sand making machine which satisfies the feed size of the sand making machine is used for sand making, and the cone crusher or impact crusher which does not meet the requirements is re-crushed. The stone from the sand making machine is screened again in the vibrating screen, and the sand that meets the requirements is screened out. It is cleaned by the sand washer and then transported by the finished conveyor belt.
