Operation points in aggregate production process

Aggregate is an important material for pavement construction engineering. Its production process mainly includes three aspects: feeding, crushing and sand making. The quality of aggregate can be controlled from these three aspects. The following contents should be paid attention to in operation:

Feeding

Choosing clean and high quality stones for feeding machine is the key to control aggregate quality from the source. In operation, the following should be done:

1. Stone deep blasting is exploited by layers from top to bottom, and the stones are decomposed by a pickaxe machine at the outfall to ensure the quality of the stones, Easy to feed.

2. Strictly control the quality of feeding outlet stones to ensure that no surface soil and stones, no weathered stones, no mud and weeds enter the feeding outlet.

3. Vibration feeder is equipped with screen to remove mud and small-sized flake stones.

Stone Crushing

The gradation composition of stone, the content of needle-flake particles, the ratio of broken surface of broken gravel, angularity, mud content, sand equivalent, methylene blue value and fine powder content are closely related to the crushing process of stone. The requirements of stone crushing technology are as follows:

Using three-stage stone crushing technology, the stone is crushed by the jaw crusher and then returned to counterattack. The stone is crushed again by impact energy, and then shaped by the sand making machine, which can effectively reduce the needle flake content and ensure that the shape of aggregate is close to the cube.

Machine-made sand and dust removal

The machine-made sand is manufactured by special sand-making machine with regular shape, rough surface, good angular edge, close meshing between coarse and fine aggregates, stable structure and good friction resistance. A large amount of dust is generated in sand making process, and improper protection will cause serious environmental pollution. The following points should be paid attention to in actual production:

1. Depending on the production capacity of sand-making machine, equipped with dust removal equipment with relatively abundant power, the dust content in machine-made sand can be reduced by suction during processing.

2. Setting up air duct cloth at the mechanism sand outlet, erecting steel frame greenhouse, hanging sunshade net around the steel frame greenhouse, and setting sprinkler head on the top to reduce the pollution of dust to the surrounding environment.
