Dolomite generally appears off-white, and a part of it appears as white, gray, or brown. After processing, dolomite can be used in many fields such as chemical industry, building materials, ceramics, glass, refractory materials, agriculture, environmental protection, energy saving, new energy materials and so on. So what is the process of dolomite processing? What equipment do I need to use? The following SBM takes you to understand:
The processing of dolomite generally adopts dry crushing process, which is mainly divided into four stages: crushing, grinding, grading, collecting and packaging.
The vibrating feeder puts large pieces of dolomite material into the jaw crusher / hammer crusher /cone crusher/impact crusher evenly and orderly for crushing.
The dolomite material coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher is first sent into the silo by the bucket elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by the electromagnetic vibration feeder for fine grinding. If you need ultra-fine dolomite powder, you can also use SBM-made ultra-fine powder grinding equipment, fineness of up to 3250 mesh.
After grinding, the fine dolomite powder still needs to be classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder will be sent back to the mill.
The final step is to collect qualified fine powder and package it. The powder that meets the fineness requirements enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and is sent to the finished product silo, and then packaged uniformly through the powder tanker.
