Operators now wish to produce high-quality manufactured sand instead of natural sand.

There are many stones and rock in nature which could be used for making manufactured sand such as limestone, granite, dolomite, traprock, sandstone, quartz, quartzite, talc, marble, shell, and slat etc. Manufactured sand is widely used in many construction applications. Manufactured Sand Making Solution

We provides complete crushing and separation solutions for construction or solutions that can be incorporated into existing plants to achieve well-graded, quality manufactured sand. Cone crushing technology gives the producers high energy efficiency and capacity, good product gradation, a high reduction ratio and low sensitivity to rock hardness.

Vertical shaft impact crushing technology has the advantage of being able to process fine, unscalped, heterogeneous and irregular feeds. Unlike cone crushers, VSI5X sand making machine is not influenced by the closed side setting, and shaping occurs throughout the product curve.

Selection of the crusher plant for manufactured sand production depends on source rock properties such as fragmentation pattern and hardness and the application to which the sand will be applied.
