Sand Mining Process Plant

Depending on years' abundant production experience and high technology, we have produced various mining and construction machines for the artificial sand manufacturing plant. The whole sand mining process plant generally includes the following steps: crushing, grinding and separation. In the crushing process, the raw materials firstly sent into the jaw crusher for the primary crushing, if necessary, the crushed materials will enter in the impact crusher or cone crusher for further crushing. Then the minerals enter into the ball mill or grinding mill to be grinded. Next is the separation process. The separation process can be divided into flotation separation, gravity separation and magnetic separation.

Gravity separation: according to the different minerals density in the artificial sand, gravity separation is used to remove the heavy minerals to lower the iron content.

Flotation: the flotation process is primarily used to remove the iron bearing heavy minerals in artificial sand. The minerals are generally the same as the iron bearing minerals described in the gravity section. At times, flotation can also be used to remove mica.

Magnetic separation: in artificial sand, various magnetic minerals are involved in it. We can use the magnetic separator to eliminate the undesired materials.

In addition, sand making machine also produces a sealing chip that easily exceeds the required shape specification. It is set up in a closed circuit post screen arrangement. This allows processing of all material that passes into the crushing circuit to provide unequalled shaping of the final products.
