Firstly, large pieces of coal gangue are evenly fed into jaw crusher by vibration feeder for rough crushing, and then finely crushed by impact crusher. The crushed coal gangue is sent to circular vibration screen by belt conveyor for screening, and the coal gangue which meets the feed requirements of sand machine is sent to sand machine for sand making. After treatment, the returned impact crusher that does not meet the requirements is crushed again, the coal gangue after sand production is screened again by circular vibration, and the fine stones that meet the requirements are sent to the finished product heap by conveyor and processed again until they meet the requirements of the finished product.
