Under normal circumstances, the operator of the crusher must be trained and obtained a certificate before being allowed to operate. The following content is some specific operating points of the crusher sorted by SBM for you.

(1) Before starting work, the operator should read the duty record, conduct a general inspection of the equipment, and check the fastening of the bolts at each connection part. Check whether there is any material in the feeding hopper, and remove it in time. Check the oil level of the gearbox and reducer and the lubrication of the bearings to ensure sufficient oil supply.

(2) The rock crusher should be started without load, and the feed can only be started when it reaches the normal speed and no abnormal conditions. The material supply should be stopped before the normal shutdown, and the machine can only be shut down after the material in the crushing cavity is drained. Except in special circumstances, it is not allowed to start with load.

(3) Regardless of how the material is supplied to the crusher, it must be fed evenly, and a reliable iron remover should be installed to remove wood and other debris. Iron, wood and other debris are prohibited from entering the crusher to prevent accidents.

(4) If abnormal sound is found in the crusher during use, abnormal temperature rise of the transmission unit, oil, or peculiar smell, stop it in time, find out the cause and eliminate the fault before restarting.

(5) When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to carry out any adjustment, cleaning and maintenance work. The staff should be 1m away from the crusher to avoid danger.

(6) When overhauling the crusher, first cut off the power supply and hang up the overhaul sign.

(7) The electric control box should be sealed against water and dust, and check whether the wiring in the control box is loose.
