Installation

(1) After installation of portable crusher plant, check whether the bolts at various parts are loose and whether the door of the main engine is fastened. If so, please fasten it.

(2) Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of portable crusher plant.

(3) After the inspection is completed, carry out a no-load test run and start production after the test run is normal.

Maintenance

(1) The lubrication of portable crusher plant has great influence on the service life of bearing. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the equipment. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil injection points of portable crusher plant are rolling bearing, roller bearing, all gear, a movable bearing, sliding plane.

(2) Check the wear degree of wear-resistant parts regularly and replace the worn parts in time.

(3) If the temperature of bearing oil rises, operator should stop the portable crusher plant immediately and check the reason to eliminate it.

(4) If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop the portable crusher plant immediately and eliminate it.
