What role does the hydraulic system play in the cone crusher

The hydraulic cone crusher is mainly named after the hydraulic system. The following SBM introduces the role of the hydraulic system.

1. Adjust the size of the discharge opening.

The main shaft of the crusher is supported by pressure oil, so the oil in and out of the oil pressure chamber will make the main shaft rise or fall, so as to adjust the size of the discharge port.

The cone crusher uses an electric gear pump to supply oil to the oil pressure chamber. When adjusting the discharge opening, only one person can complete it in one minute. The operation is very safe, there is no need to disassemble the equipment and no auxiliary facilities are needed.

When the movable cone and fixed cone liner of the crusher are worn, the main shaft can be used to compensate for the problem of enlarged feed opening caused by wear. This allows the crusher to be constantly maintained at a given discharge opening.

2. Protect the crusher.

When non-crushable materials (such as iron blocks) are mixed in the crushing cavity, the pressure in the oil pressure chamber supporting the crushing cone increases, exceeding the pressure of the gas in the energy storage, causing the energy storage to be compressed. The crushing cone is automatically lowered to discharge the non-broken objects. When the fault is removed, the accumulator returns the oil to the oil pressure chamber, and the crusher automatically returns to the original normal working position.

3. Automatically discharge the ore in the crushing cavity.

If the crusher is stopped due to power failure and other external reasons, the ore staying in the crushing cavity can be lowered by the pre-hydraulic system to increase the discharge cone of the crusher, and the ore discharge gap is increased. Digging out the ore like an old crusher; this not only reduces the labor intensity of the post operator, but also quickly troubleshoots production.
