How to Make the Vertical Roller Mill Work Efficiently?

There will be some faults appearing in vertical roller mill production line. Some clients may have no idea to process these faults and cannot timely solve these problems. It will bring big loss for the grinding mill clients. Here will provide some common faults for clients and put forward the related solving methods.

Vertical roller mill production line will have the pump motor suddenly stopping or no-rotating phenomenon. The reason causes this phenomenon may be: the power is not connected and it needs to connect the power; oversize electricity of the electric system and it can cause the fuse wire fusing and it needs to change the fuse wire; it may be the relay cannot work and it needs to open the relay.

The main host providing energy for vertical roller mill suddenly stops or it cannot rotate. Its reason is that the pump motor is not starting and it needs to start the machine. Or the fuse wire is fusing and it needs to change the new one. Or it is for the relay cannot work and needs to open. This fault reason is same with the pump motor and you need to pay attention.

It may appear this phenomenon: the vertical roller mill motor is working but the host is not working. The reason to happen this phenomenon is that the triangle belt is losening and it makes the main host moved. Or probably it is that the disperser is stocked and it needs to fix timely.

When the vertical roller mill works, the host sometimes will have vibration phenomenon. The host vibration will cause the machine worn and it needs to process this as soon as possible. The reason causing vibration is for the thin material bed. Sometimes it will form the empty material phenomenon for the thick material bed or fragile material. The reason cause vibration is for the vertical roller mill wear parts are worn seriously or the materials in the grinding cavity are cumulated or the triangle belt is tighten and it makes the machine abnormal operation.

Vertical roller mill may have low powder production ability. It is probably for the wear parts are worn seriously and it has not enough grinding or it is probably that the classifier will adjust fineness end products.

The discharging of vertical roller mill is completed through the hot blast stove and exhaust fan. When the pipe loose air or is stocked in the working system, it will cause the less quantity of exhaust fan exhausting less material. At last it cannot reach the production requirements.
