How to judge the hydraulic oil of cone crusher needs to be replaced

1 If the color of the cone crusher hydraulic oil is dark brown, accompanied by an odor, it means that the oil has been oxidized and needs to be replaced with new oil.

2 The degree of water content in the cone crusher hydraulic oil will affect its lubrication performance. There are usually two ways to determine the degree of moisture in the hydraulic oil:
1) The color of the hydraulic oil is milky white, and the smell does not change, which means that the mixed water is too much;
2) Take a small amount of hydraulic oil on a hot iron plate. If there is a sound, it means that it contains water and it should be replaced with new oil.

3 Judge the situation of impurities in the cone crusher hydraulic oil. After working for a while, take a few drops of hydraulic oil and put it on your hand to see if there are metal particles. If there are more metal particles, it is proved that the hydraulic oil contains impurities, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced.

4 When replacing the cone crusher oil, pay attention to release it when the hydraulic oil is hot just after the machine is finished working.

5 The best cleaning fluid is hydraulic oil of the same grade used in the system. Never use kerosene or diesel as cleaning fluid.
1) During cleaning, the maximum flow rate should be used to make the liquid flow in the pipeline turbulent, and the actions of various actuators should be completed in order to flush pollutants from various pumps, pumps and hydraulic cylinders.
2) After the cleaning is completed, drain the cleaning solution in a hot state and add a new working oil according to the method of oil replacement.
