This project is located in Sichuan, China. Because the local area is in short supply of natural sand but abundant in pebbles, our customer decided to invest pebbles to produce high-quality sand to meet the potential market demand for machine-made sand. The finished products are used in high-speed railway construction and mixing plants.
Pebble Crushing Case Introduction
The main equipment of this production line was offered by SBM. The production line featured large scale of production and high efficiency. After being put into use, the customer withdrew his investment costs in a short time and got considerable economic profits. Currently, this production line is used to produce high-quality gravel and sand with capacity 400TPH.
Pebble Crushing Technological Process
The materials --- pebbles are firstly sent into the PEW860 European Hydraulic Jaw Crusher to be crushed primarily and then enter into the storage bin. After that, belt conveyor sends the materials into the HST250 Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher for another crushing. Then materials are sent into vibrating screen where part of materials would be sieved out as finished products. For materials whose diameters are below 40mm would be sent into VSI5X-1145 Impact Crusher to produce sand. The high-quality machine-made sand (0-5mm) is completely comparable to natural sand on quality and price.
Advantage of Pebble Crushing Machines Configuration
1. European Hydraulic Jaw Crusher: Movable jaw is made of high-quality steel castings while the heavy eccentric shaft is processed through forging stock which ensures the reliability of machine and helps extend life expectancy. The crusher is equipped with wedge device for adjustment of discharging hole which is safer, simpler and quicker than the old spacer device. The crushing cavity is V-shaped on structure.
2. Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: It is characterized by high production efficiency and high carrying capacity. The production is controlled fully automatically. Multiple kinds of cavity meet various technological demands.
3. Hydraulic Eccentric Impact Crusher: On the top of impact crusher, there is a hydraulic jacking device. Thin-oil lubrication station helps maintain machine and reduce artificial costs. Intelligent touch-screen can monitor the whole working process. Besides, the production line using impact crusher is always of low cost, high efficiency and high yielding. Meanwhile, the finished product --- machine-made sand can replace natural sand absolutely. According to different needs, the production line can adjust functions between crushing and dressing freely.
