Process Flow

The limestone gets into the European hydraulic jaw crusher PEW1100 for coarse crushing, and through transit bunker enters into European hydraulic impact crusher PFW1415 (2 units) for second crushing, and then impact crusher VSI5X-1145 works for sand making to produce 5-10mm material. Product is 0-5mm fine sand. Besides, intermediate powder selecting machine is equipped with dust removal device, which precisely controls sand gradation and powder content. Now quality and price is fully comparable to the excellent natural river sand. The material within 10-20mm, 20-30mm can directly access product bunker after impact crusher crushing and screening.
