The company has a wealth of experience in sand-making industry and keeps a good relationship with SBM. This time, the company bought a set of VU-70 sand-making system from SBM in order to improve sand quality and enhance added value of products.

Daily Operation: 9 hours; Material: dry limestone (0-10mm), containing a small amount of clay powder; Finished Product: dry limestone sand (2.7meshes) (6% powder included).

Customer Feedback

Leaving aside the small amount of clay powder remaining in raw materials, the finished sand is very clean and uniform. Besides, the value of methylene blue test is only 0.2. It saves 35kg of cement when preparing C30 concrete; the production line is running well without dust, it's ok to have daily inspection.
