Process Flow

Tuff is firstly sent by feeder into jaw crusher and after primary crushing, material enters the HST250 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to be processed. Then, material gets into control bunker via belt conveyor and then gets into the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Next, material below 400mm is separated by vibrating screen. The finished product after screening would be transported to storage bin.

1. European hydraulic jaw crusher: Jaws adopt high-quality steel castings; heavy eccentric shaft adopts forging processing and makes machine have excellent reliability. Besides, equipment is provided with a wedge discharge opening adjusting device. The crushing cavity adopts symmetrical "V" - shaped structure, which makes actual feed inlet width keeping in line with nominal feed inlet width.
